You do this by clicking on the link shopping cart in the top right corner. The final step is to choose your delivery- and payment methods. Click on the options you prefer and follow the instructions given. If you have any trouble creating your order, our customer service will be happy to place the order for you.
Return

Returning should be quick and easy! When your rug is returned, it usually takes 1-5 working days before it is received by our warehouse. Once we have received the return, we disinfect the package and our competent warehouse staff inspects the carpet to ensure that it is returned in the same condition as we sent it. When the return has been completed, we will send a confirmation and a return receipt to your e-mail. The reimbursement is issued immediately and is usually completed within 1-3 banking days after receiving the return receipt, depending on which payment method you have chosen..
You're able to return your carpet within 30 days after receiving it. Due to the pandemic, we are currently offering 100 days return policy. In order to return, please follow the link in the return- or shipping confirmation to process your return request. You follow the steps and are immediately provided with the return label via email. We arrange a pick up at your house - no need to carry the carpet to a post office. As soon as the carpet is received by our warehouse and inspected, the amount for the order will be refunded. You are also able to contact our customer service by phone or email if you require any help issuing the return. Our support staff will provide you with all the necessary documents and instructions to return the carpet to us. The e-mail will also include a PDF file for the return shipping label that you can print at home..
Delivery
All carpets shown on the website are in stock for immediate delivery. Usually, we deliver within 1-5 working days within the EU and 2-8 working days to other parts of the world. Our warehouse is based in Malmoe, Sweden. You will get a more precise estimated delivery time at the checkout. .
Yes. We will provide you with a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website at any time. The tracking information is also available in your customer account on our website.
YIf your order has been damaged during transport, you must notify the driver immediately, so that he makes a note on the consignment note upon receipt. Then contact our customer service and report the issue and attach pictures that show the damages and the packaging. Remember to unpack the carpet and check it to discover both hidden and visible damage.
